Natia Agatian is a Processor at First USA Mortgage Solutions, where she manages loan files end to end, from application all the way through closing.

 

Natia works closely with loan officers, clients, and third-party partners to keep every file accurate, compliant, and on schedule. Her precision and accountability are what keep the process moving smoothly — and what keep clients from feeling the bumps along the way.

 

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baltic International Academy, which gave her a strong foundation in business strategy, financial principles, and organizational management.

 

Natia also brings a track record of leadership behind that. She has held roles including Owner, Safety Manager, and General Manager - directing teams, streamlining day-to-day operations, and holding a high bar for regulatory and safety standards. That same discipline and ownership now shapes how she handles every file she touches.
