We serve clients remotely across the states in which we are licensed. Nothing on this Site is an offer to broker or originate a loan in any state in which we are not licensed.

3. Acceptable Use

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state in which you reside, including the right to bring a claim before the regulator or in the courts of that state where such a right cannot be waived.

16. General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FUMS regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings. They do not govern any loan application, disclosure, or loan document you sign, which are governed by their own terms.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Site.
